I have been trying for several days to update my phone number in the I Pay account, but unfortunately I am facing serious difficulty in contacting customer support. I have called multiple times, sent emails, and even left messages, but there has been no response at all. This lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional. Updating a phone number is a basic and important service, and the support team should be available to assist customers in such matters. I kindly request

This is a very bad and unreliable app. If you send money through it, your money can get stuck. When you call the helpline, they just tell you to wait one week or even two weeks. I already had this issue before — I sent 1,558 QAR and my money was stuck for two weeks before I finally got it back. Now again, on the 28th, I sent money through this app and the same problem happened. When I contacted support, they told me to wait until Monday or even next week. This app is not helpful at all.

don't try to use ipay send money don't use ipay transaction failed after that they are not solving issues more 20 times call even they are speaking probably that thinking himself owner of ipay who's that person sitting there for solving issues but he don't have manners he disconnected call after that I'm trying to call back they block me . they are changing for every transaction it's not free they have give good service not like this
