since last few weeks, this iPay app service is become disappointing and disaster. I got delayed and declined most of the time. if you make transactions from exchange, the family can claim at the same day but as per app with in 24 hrs and guess what their 24 hrs are same like 72 hrs or more. I contacted numerous times but no one is helpful. their helpline is also worse.

Terrible App & No Support! Extremely frustrating experience with iPay. Money sent abroad couldn't be withdrawn. Bank transfer option in the app is buggy and redirects wrongly. No response from customer care or live chat. I had to visit their office 3-4 times, and resolution was delayed for over a week with no support. Extremely disappointed!

I have been trying for several days to update my phone number in the I Pay account, but unfortunately I am facing serious difficulty in contacting customer support. I have called multiple times, sent emails, and even left messages, but there has been no response at all. This lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional. Updating a phone number is a basic and important service, and the support team should be available to assist customers in such matters. I kindly request
