It's now a week I have sent money on this app and it's still in progress, I have moved to almost all Vodafone shops in Qatar and they keep sending me to other locations and tried their customer service line and emailed them several times but no reply. This will be my last ever transaction with this unacceptable App.

It's been almost 2 weeks, my account is not yet verified. How long it takes to complete the verification process. What is the value of installation and signing up iPay if I cannot utilise when I require it.

I dont recommend to any because no one answers the phone fast to solve you problem, also no place to there to solve your problem, if you have any thing argent happened in your application you have to wait more than 7 days to solve the issue 😉...... what I said above is my experience more than two times
