WARNING – DO NOT USE THIS APP I added money for an urgent transfer, but the app immediately blocked it with an some over limit error. There was no clear warning about limits before adding money. Once funds are added, they can get stuck with no easy way to withdraw back or send. Support is available only until 9 PM, which is unacceptable for a money app. Not reliable, not transparent, and risky to use. They just keep showing errors and I feel so helpless. the money was for an urgent medical case.

dont ever use to send money to india. they're bunch of incompetent people handling international remittance. highly unprofessional and useless platform. it has been 36 hours yet I have not received the funds. you have to call them multiple times to know the status of your transaction. they dont communicate via email they won't give your a call.

very bad service regarding customer care, i have tried to call 3 to 5 times at customer care service and also waited for 5 minutes to connect the agent, even i wrote a mail for solution of my Issue but not any single reply nor a call back, can't recommend this to others.😞
