Tried my first appointment today. Could not get my front camera to work, so I was left unseen for the entire time. Settings were correct. Sound also was very warbled towards the end and my provider had to hang up and call me to complete appointment. Not happy. Just tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and now get nothing but a blank screen.....

Cannot message my primary care provider because the app wont update the info - most of the app redirects you to the website anyway and is pretty unusable. Update: They had IT look at my account a few months back but nothing changed - still cant see my messages received or send messages to anyone at the facility I go to, and most other 'features' or the app just redirect to the website

App sucks wish they would just use MyChart instead. still sucks, you can't access test results even though their website claims you can from this app
