Won't let me schedule. Keeps asking for visit type, but doesn't provide a field or drop down menu to confirm the type. Only provides location, and a list of providers. Which, when I try to click on, prompts for an appointment type (with no option to choose/do so). Otherwise, shows upcoming apps.

The username and password combination is the same for both the app of my chart and online. The app keeps telling me the combination user and password is wrong but put it in the online access and it gets me in first try. There's something wrong here.

I live in Tennessee, have been using the planned parenthood app for my birth control for close to a year. Now my app has stopped working and apparently they aren't operating in Tennessee anymore? There was no communication and my birth control is coming due to refill and have no answers on what to do. Login information won't work for another state apparently either. I'm complely locked out of my account just because it's Tennessee
