REALLY DISAPPOINTED. The app keeps logging all of us out (three of us have the app installed in our individual phones, and we all have the problem, so it's not a phone problem), and this means if something happens we won't get a notification, which is the whole point of having an alarm system. It also means we have to keep checking the app all the time in case it has logged us out, so we can log in again in the hope that if something did happen, it would be when we're logged in, so it's a matter of crossing our fingers, defeating the purpose of an alarm system which is not only to protect you by the alarm going off, but also to give you peace of mind while you're away BY TELLING YOUR THAT THE ALARM HAS GONE OFF, and unfortunately we lack peace of mind with Somfy. Having said that, even when we're logged in we don't get notifications anymore, like we did only in the very beginning, so what's the bloody point of having an alarm? It's absolutely bloody useless. (By the way, we have deleted the cache and uninstalled the app, then installed it again, but we still have the problem.) Also, if one of us changes something from the app, turns it off, or any other activity, the rest of us should know, but no, we don't get notifications about that either. One day, trying the alarm, one of us went in and as soon as it detected the door opening, the alarm went off and it took a picture, but it did it when only two centimeters had opened so the picture was no good, as you couldn't see a person, just the door opened a tiny bit, so yes, the alarm was set off, but the picture useless. Also, we asked our neighbours whether they had heard the alarm and they hadn't, so it's not loud enough. One more thing: I have my phone set in English, but I want to have this app in a different language, and there's no way of doing it, as it installs it in English when it detects my phone language and once it's installed, it doesn't let me change it. I googled the company and went into their website, where there was a pulldown menu for languages, and even there, when I selected the language I wanted, it immediately changed it back automatically, every time, so even the website is useless. PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ALARM, it's NOT RELIABLE, an alarm has to work 100% in every aspect of it, including the app. Anything less than 100% renders a SECURITY alarm useless..

The system works fine most of the time, but the app is dismal. It NEVER plays the event videos even on WiFi and it hardly ever shows the live feed on 4G. I get the notification and I can't see what's happened. And please don't tell me it's a WiFi issue. Everything else works perfectly fine. Pointless.
