Really great app if you need to bulk buy or something is too expensive so you can break up payments so great for Christmas and birthdays only issue is I have been using it months now and all of a sudden I am no longer able to use it but can still continue to pay off. Customer service havnt been much help so be weary not to be to reliant on it.

I used to love klarna, been using for 3 or more years,no problem, never missed a payment. I purchased multiple items from Amazon on on plan. Returned an item, got a partial refund, but still owe on complete purchase. I thought they were supposed to adjust to a new payment plan. If I know that I would have not returned item,since I'm still paying half of it.

Lamest app of it's kind. Didn't allow to finalize a purchase, blocked the debited amount, and at the end, when I tried to repeat the transaction, it said I have to pay in full. Customer service was not able to provide clear explanation what's going on except "It sometimes happened". And the worst thing I have to keep this app installed for next 7 days as an evidence in case of the debited amount will not be returned.
