1. No English support in the AI chat and that's despite the app supporting English natively. 2. The app actively rejects automatic Google Pay fill-in or clipboard paste when entering your credit card number. 3. The app is extremely buggy and slow. Magti itself: no RSC support for texts/SMS. It worked in early 2025, then it stopped and the company seemingly hasn't done anything to restore it.

Needs a huge patience to use: lags a lot, even on 5G (on every phone I've used it on) Packet activation needs unnecessary amounts of clicks and waiting to load every page app screen freezes almost always and requires multiple restarts The design is ancient. ease of use 3/10 for comparison both celfie and silknet have a better user interface, design, page loading speed and features. TLDR: No support, very, VERY few updates and terrible stability. Try reinstalling but issues are temporarily fixed.

You need MyMagti app to enable roaming, but to register on the app you need to receive a text message which requires enabled roaming. Genius design. Good luck accessing your finance abroad if you don't set this up first.
