This app is abysmal. It has been bad already before, and with recent updates it became even worse. The app constantly resets itself, requiring signing in again, sign in is never being remembered, pages are not loading, etc., etc. Confirmation codes are being sent randomly all the time, but fail to be sent when they are really needed sometimes. I genuinely don't know what is the development team doing at this point.

When starting a chat with support, why can't this app just take my details, my phone number? Why do I have to enter my name and phone number every time? It's very strange. And if you switch to background mode for even a second , chat will be closed. What a genius created this app!

keep increasing the package costs. greedy company. They also steal money from your account balance. Sometimes randomly I lose 0.30 -0.70 tetri for no reason... it's not a lot... but it's the principle of it. out right thieves. Also their internet is garbage. constant disconnections. can't load a 10 second video without buffering.
