Pathetic customer service. The cost of being over a 10 years old customer is, being forced to pay for upgrading the ONT device and not just that, the older device (ehich was already paid previously) was confiscated too. Nayatel is the worst company there is, for sure. I'll be leaving nayatel as soon as i find a good replacement.

I would like to suggest a useful feature for the *Connected Devices* section of the Nayatel application. Currently, when a connected mobile device goes offline, it no longer shows its data usage details. It would be very helpful if the app could continue displaying the total data consumed by that device for the current day, even after it goes offline. I kindly request that you consider adding a feature where: •Offline devices remain visible in the Connected Devices list for the day.

I searched for dark mode in the Nayatel app but couldn't find it anywhere. If the feature is available, please guide me on how to enable it. If not, please consider adding it in a future update, as it is an essential feature for many users. Thank you.
