Pathetic customer service. The cost of being over a 10 years old customer is, being forced to pay for upgrading the ONT device and not just that, the older device (ehich was already paid previously) was confiscated too. Nayatel is the worst company there is, for sure. I'll be leaving nayatel as soon as i find a good replacement.

I searched for dark mode in the Nayatel app but couldn't find it anywhere. If the feature is available, please guide me on how to enable it. If not, please consider adding it in a future update, as it is an essential feature for many users. Thank you.

Worst customer support experience. Long waiting time, no proper assistance, and the live agent closed the chat without resolving my issue or even asking if I needed further help. My internet problem is still unresolved. This is not the level of service customers expect from Nayatel. Very disappointing.
