I've installed 7 cameras at our house. One of them keeps on disconnecting for a few hours and sometimes a few days each month. Nayatel team comes and the camera starts working again. This process repeats every month. What kind of service is this when one camera can't work 24/7 each month? P.S. On 5th July, 2025, the very next day I made the above comment, all cameras have stopped working since around 7:30am. SECOND INCIDENT: Waiting camera's relocation from old connection to new since 25/11/25.

Pathetic service! Applied for a new Nayatel connection — took 20 days to install, worked only 2 days, then router red light and no internet since. It’s been 3 weeks, countless complaints via app, WhatsApp & helpline but zero response. No team visit, no solution, but full month bill sent! Worst customer support ever. Totally unreliable and frustrating. Avoid Nayatel, waste of time & money! 🚫 If you value your time and money, stay far away from Nayatel. Find an alternate.

Worst experience, Nayatel call centers are full of fake agents just had a one answer for slow browsing sir please turn off your device and power back and set.i mean we are fool or they are making us dumb.No Field staff has ever visited ever I compliant just on phone sir this and that. never meant to be disregarded but you guys make me do it to tell everyone your inter Sucks.
