Can you add some feature like Internet on/off through application and Check internet speed through app....... When I see connected devices they not show me device names only show unknown devices tell me solution......

So I recently installed their internet and cable and they came to install it but only installed the internet connection and said we'll install the cable connection later, I had to call them to come again and install the cable connection as well, which they did but now they are adding additional charges in my bill which I already paid for in the start and when I reached out to their billing team no one is helping me out with it. Terrible experience
