I've used the MyNoise website to help me focus at work. I was really glad to see that they rebuilt the Android app so I could use it without keeping a browser window open. I like that I can customize any of the several hundred generators by frequency and choose specific tracks at different volumes in each (birdsong + wind in the seasonal walk tracks for example). I'm pleased enough with the app that I paid for the full version to get more options. Use headphones for best effect.

2024 update. The new app is fantastic! I think it's been completely rebuilt. It definitely has no stability issues or other performance hangups - it just works! Same amazing sound options as the website and a very slick interface to save your common listens. Highly recommend, I use it nearly every day. Love these noises! Simply the best collection around. One star off because the app has occasional stability issues and would really benefit from additional features. Highly recommend anyway.

I use myNoise to help me focus while writing. I somehow forgot that I already had the app? And was using the browser version which also works amazingly on mobile? And now that I've updated the app customization presets actually save! I like myNoise because I can turn off any sounds that are too harsh, and the tracks sound great and loop seamlessly, so I don't get distracted. Japanese garden is my favorite!
