In my opinion, the setup process is unnecessarily complicated and the fees are too high. I would recommend looking for a more reliable and user-friendly alternative. At first, I didn't fully trust this service, but I decided to try it. To get a virtual card, I had to make a minimum deposit of $5. At first, I hesitated to use it because of the negative reviews. But my user experience has exceeded my expectations: a user-friendly interface, fast, rechargeable with crypto, compatible with Google Pay, and with low fees. Thanks to this card, as a Cuban resident in Cuba, I was able to purchase the solar kit I so desperately need during these long power outages. Mypal Pro has great potential and deserves 5 stars, but the app has serious stability issues. Sometimes it takes 1–10 minutes to open, and sometimes I have to close and reopen it or even reinstall it. It also logs me out automatically, so I have to sign in again frequently. 😢 Please fix the loading, stability, and login issues. I really like Mypal Pro and will gladly change my rating to 5 stars once these problems are fixed.
