I wonder why these guys still keeping "Sold Out" items in their list..??!!! I never see such bad gesture in anybother shopping app.! Also they always miss to send one or two items in the shopping cart delivery. And no refund also done. No option to interact with the customer centre to complaint about this. Delivery is also not on the specific time.

Worst app & Worst customer care service. I can't login in app as its asking for EID last 4 digit and upon entering it it shows mismatch. As per app instruction, I made a complaint to mall customer service. But unfortunately, they don't know anything "how to address these issues" simply shows server down or IT issues. It's been more than 3 weeks their server down. I think server dead, not down. I can't redeem my points bcoz of this useless app. 😔

Although I spent more than QR 200, Auto Coupon appears only one pic. Supposed to be QR 50 Equal to one coupon right? last week I did shopping of QR 208 and lucky draw coupon came only one.
