I had issues with my subscription, but it was eventually resolved. My daughter is 19mths, and has learned so much. I set it on when she's in her playroom. she signs, and I've had to find it because I didn't know it. That's been haplening more & more. She's getting better control of her hands, and signs much better than before! I love this app for her!

The signing is GREAT! However, I signed up on my Roku TV at first. Which was fine until you guys updated and said I had no purchase to restore. So I signed up on my phone a SECOND time and I couldn't even create a password to log on for my 2 year old on other devices. It won't even let you screen cast it to your TV. Make passwords available again or fix the update.

I love the new My Signing Time App! It has all the changes I wished for in the old one. With digital subscriptions you can now add videos to “my list”, the videos are categorized by series, and it is much more user friendly. You can easily access and turn on subtitles. It is also much easier to see what shows you want to watch, what shows you’ve downloaded, and it also has a section for products that you have purchased. You can easily search within the app for the topic or video you are looking for and it shows your results by video or collection. I highly recommend the My Signing Time App and subscriptions to others. I am an Instructor with the Signing Time Academy. This is my honest opinion on My Signing Time.
