Ratings and reviews

do not recommend dealing with Saham Bank. The customer service is not helpful, and even visiting the branch did not solve the problem. They only give false promises without any real solution. Also, the bank application is very complicated when trying to open it on a new phone, even though I have provided all the requirements they asked for. Unfortunately, it has been a very bad experience and an unprofessional service.

I made an operation last time from the app the charged me twice for only one sale. when I complained to the bank the said its not our mistake while on my account it shows that the took the money twice.
