Lagging and crashing. It's taken me too long to juat even register it's insane. And when I did manage to register, it won't let me pay. Kept getting stuck at processing payment and in the end just crashed and remain unsuccesful. I've tried it in the span of a whole night and the following morning. Very bad app, wasting my time trying to pay through it. Have a reliable website first to pay rather than waiting for the bugs to be fixed. It's frustrating

provides a function to go paperless, i tried so so so many times, just shows page can't be loaded, try later. don't know what later means, maybe a year or decade. so disappointed. told by the developer to clear data and cache. but it still doesn't work even i uninstall and install myTNB app. i guess they would blame my phone problem. no hope for the time being. i'll wait a decade and see if there is a miracle.

The app updates lately are just terrible! They've made everything so slow and now it keeps crashing every time I try to pay my bills. And don't even get me started on those lame excuses like clearing caches or resetting my phone. I mean, seriously? I've tried everything and it's still a mess. It's like they don't even care about the users anymore. And to top it off, I keep getting these stupid timeout errors. It's just unacceptable!
