I downloaded this app as a quick and easy way to search for and purchase domains when ideas hit. However just going to the website is more reliable and less frustrating. This app is broken more often then not. Today domain search isn't working, before that payments were broken, before that login was broken. It's always something. This should be the simplest, most straightforward app, but the UI is total nonsense and it's always broken in one or more ways. Just pull the app, Namecheap.

I try to add 10 years to my domain, but I constantly get this error "The total amount of your purchase is not confirmed. Please wait or go back and open this page again". Nothing I do seems to work. Additionally, adding 10 years (one decade) doesn't seem to even be an option on the actual (mobile, at least) website. I logged on with my computer and everything was fine.

I wanted to login to Namecheap to renew my domain, but I needed to authorize login with the mobile app first. Imagine my frustration when I can't login to the app at all. I just reset my password so it can't be that. I read the comments, cleared cache and all the data and it still doesn't work. Excellent. Now I have one more chance before I reach the limit for requesting two-factor push notification... Why do you make it so hard for me to pay you... Yours sincerely, your loyal customer
