When an app gets 0 testing and it shows. This is probably the dumbest issue I've experienced. Not even a bug. You simply cannot log in with the required mfa options, and the kicker is it was forced down user throats as an improved login and experience. At least I could, you know, log in before. It's been a week too and no fix for what is preventing 100% of all usage. EDIT: after a crazy long time (months) I can now actually log into the app! Hooray - basic functionality. Changed from 1 star.

I decided to give the app another try. At first, it seemed like they had fixed the bug that was causing an endless series of Captchas, because I was able to create an account and link my financial institutions. But thereafter, when I came back later and tried to log in, I again encountered the endless Captchas bug, and am unable to successfully log in.

Horrible on mobile. Can only use their services on PC. Terrible. I have a Galaxy S26 Ultra, and it fails EVERY time. I've tried everything I could as a tech guy, but... still fails to allow me to log in. I've been with Empower for over 7 years now, so... take my advice. You can ONLY access your data through a personal computer. Hence the reason this is under a 3-star review. And, they don't seem to be doing anything to fix it.
