Seems to be unable to connect and link device unless you have service to your phone. Not sure why that's required but seems like a pretty big flaw if you are in an underground parking garage, just as one example.

Used the scooter ST3pro and explored all features, i have it from October 2025, however it is not a good product. I am in Canada and max speed is at 20k while it should be 30k. I emailed Navee and they are saying I might have got Germ/Iatly version (really! I ordered from Canada and you sent Italy version? that is BS). then they want me to send video for speed not increasing, but how do i operate scooter and phone together at 20k. I changed from eco to turbo as they suggested, but nothing!
