I have to uninstall and reload almost every time I reset my password. This app is just like the company, lousy. I can login from my computer with my current password, but not the app. "Incorrect server response" is what comes up every single time. Also, I don't want notifications, ever! The app won't function unless you turn them on, and then the password issue. Like I said, the app is like the company, lousy!

Terrible! The app and the website are not user friendly. You get the runaround on verifying your identity. The app randomly signs you out in the middle of a transaction. Then you have to jump through the same hoops to log back in. Email verification requires too many steps. It's like they don't want you to get your money reimbursed because you give up on trying to submit claims.

Although it has not happened lately, in the past it would not accept my passwords and I had to keep changing my password in order to access my acct. Also, my notifications have always shown at least two new notifications that I can never get rid of, and they would be tips on how to save on medication. There is no way to mark those as read, and I've been trying for YEARS. I wish there was a way to mark all as read, or at least choose which ones to mark as read.
