MARKETPLACE PLATFORM
NERA Jobs is a marketplace platform only. We facilitate connections between workers and hirers but are not an employer, labour-hire company, or recruitment agency. All work arrangements are made directly between workers and hirers.
DOCUMENT AUTHENTICITY
Workers can upload credentials for document authenticity checks. These checks confirm documents appear genuine but do not verify competency or suitability. Hirers are responsible for their own due diligence.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
NERA offers optional subscription plans with enhanced features:
Worker Plans (Weekly, Auto-Renewing):
• Basic: $0.99 AUD/week
• Elite: $1.99 AUD/week
• NERA Plus: $2.99 AUD/week
Hirer Plans (Monthly, Auto-Renewing):
• Business: $19.99 AUD/month
• Business Plus: $24.99 AUD/month
Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
NERA BUCKS
NERA Bucks are in-app credits for digital features like shift posting, visibility boosts, and premium filters. NERA Bucks are purchased via in-app purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be used to pay workers.
