The app hasn't been working for most recent Android devices , S24, in my situation. Stressing msg will appear when trying to open the app " ur Device is not Secure"!! What irratets even me more that no updates/Notice . from ur side for almost a year! Of course There r variety of alternatives for verification, though my disappointment is that Al Ahli in online banking serves and related support has been outstanding .

I have just switched from one Android phone, where the token app was working fine for a year, to another Android phone, and since then I'm unable to launch the app. I get the error message: Device is not secure. However, the SNB app itself works fine. This is really frustrating.

I used to have a Samsung Galaxy S9 mobile, and the app was working fine. Unfortunately, when I switched to new Samsung Galaxy S24 with android 14 operating system, the app stopped working and kept showing an error message that the" device is not secure." The app deserves less than a single star as a customer evaluation. Please fix it or remove it from the Play Store.
