Ratings and reviews

Really diminishes the cruise experience. Glitchy when trying to connect and use onboard. By design, doesn't work at all when in the ports, making it impossible to check your reservations and for onboard activities you may want to return in time for. Also had an occurrence where I logged off the internet, restarted my phone, but it still remained connected to the internet and used all the minutes I had! Please put some more work into this app.

FIX! recently reported BUGS: "Excursions" section Feature reqs: 1)Provide a way to display desired activity level ONLY-refine is available but displays ALL levels. 2)Activity Levels not shown on the excursion summary. Bug: 1)"Read Reviews": - by accessing through (saved) favorites - the app hangs for a period before displaying the "Home" screen. Note reviews ARE accessible if tapping the excursion when NOT going through the "Favorites" list. 2)"Feedback submission error" rcvd when liking reviews

When trying to book something the app will ask for a day then when you select a time it shuts down. Then when you call to talk to someone you have to go through a list and press 1 for this or 2 for this. Finally get to where I need to be and it's tone like you left the phone off the hook to long. Not happy. And you can't book spa days on the website.
