Ratings and reviews

Mostly, the app is an easier way to purchase and cash in on tickets. However, it doesn't offer all of the options for purchasing the cash 5 tickets, and it would be more convenient to be able to select more than one previously played ticket at a time rather than having to jump back and forth to select all that you want. Also, I hope that when the double play tickets begin on the powerball we will be able to play that online.

Ticket scanning doesn't work on my new Android mobile phone & help desk can't explain why. They concluded that some phones simply aren't compatible with the app & "engineering" is aware of the problem??? In addition, the app is sloooooow to switch from one function to the other, which makes it practically useless. For now, I guess I'm stuck with manually entering ticket numbers online. The screen on the app is simply too small for entering long strings of numbers (& letters for Lucke rewards).

I've had this app for a long time now. I've been able to scan tickets in with no problems at all. The last couple of months it's not scanning them!! Customer service is no help at all! Don't waste your time chatting there!! I've attempted 5 different times to get it corrected and I get the run around. Most of the techs just say uninstall and install back and then just blame it on me! Telling me to enter it manually, seriously?? No thank you! That's just more time wasted!
