Update. Loading issues seem resolved. Keeping my rating at one star until additional wearables or data are supported. I still get zero credit for any sleep that is synced to Google fit. I've sent support actual sleep data logs synced to google fit from multiple types of devices, and support teams can't even help. They just suggest using a different device. Infuriating. Also finding a provider is not intuitive and very limited, cost estimates are often inaccurate.

Absolute garbage app locked me out for trying to retrieve a code to change my password too many times, because it won't friggin send one. How long should it take for an automated message? waste my blood time! UNINSTALLED Ridiculous garbage! "We're sorry, but we're unable to display the information. Please try again later." Now, they bring back chat, but the typing space is blocked by the direction keys on my device.

very slow and the payment tracking system makes no sense. you can just "mark as paid" on any claim and it goes away. there's nothing stopping you from doing that on everything, except the honor system... also, surely the app could track better which ones you've paid and which you haven't in the first place. I have "marked as paid" several times when a copay makes its way into the outstanding claims, when I definitely paid that copay at the visit. is there no better way to track this?
