same problem as what the other reviews mention. eligible items aren't being paid. using the walmart app, trying to use up the balance and it doesn't allow you to finish the balance. the balance doesn't roll over but not sure if they see it as you not needing that much amount. had the balance lowered previously due to not being able to spend it all.

There are so many problems like if I wanna buy something, it'll only allow me to buy 1 or 2 flavors of that thing, not the other 10, it's the exact same item, just a different taste, I ran into this problem. So many times there's no more chat feature. There's no 24 hour chat feature, this is getting worse and worse, and you're taking things away.

I scan multiple items to find eligible ones, take them to the counter, and am then told that they are not eligible. I then have cashier scan 1 at a time, and find out that some of them are eligible. Turns out that if store finds even 1 ineligible item among others, it basically turns them all down. WHY IS THIS APP RECOGNIZING ITEMS AS ELIGIBLE WHEN THEY ARE NOT!!! Just came from Walmart - SAME PROBLEM.
