Update. Loading issues seem resolved. Keeping my rating at one star until additional wearables or data are supported. I still get zero credit for any sleep that is synced to Google fit. I've sent support actual sleep data logs synced to google fit from multiple types of devices, and support teams can't even help. They just suggest using a different device. Infuriating. Also finding a provider is not intuitive and very limited, cost estimates are often inaccurate.

I used to really like this app, would have given it 5 stars, I can't even log into the app right now, its been over a month, I call customer service , technical support, last month my entire monthly benefit was lost,I didn't get to use any of it because the app said I tried logging in several times with incorrect login info, It wasn't wrong and it was the first time I tried to login. I'm still locked out, technical support can't help me get it unlocked....still , a month later.

loved this app until about 2 months ago. the product scanner will tell you "this is a covered OTC product" but when you get to the register it isn't covered so you either pay out of your pocket or go through the hassle of voiding the purchase. when I FINALLY got a human at United on the phone I was told they had removed "a lot" of products on the accepted list and I needed to install the most recent version of the app. so I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work.

What’s new

Medicare and Retirement members can access personalized care and screening recommendations from the UHC app home page, Notification Center was added for Community & State members, allowing them to receive important updates and alerts in the UHC app.
