Works, sometimes. Calls get dropped randomly if phone is connected to wifi. I was told to turn off wifi and use phone data to solve issue. That causes complications when staff are using their personal cell to make calls. The biggest problem is text messages do not go to your phone, at all. You can't even see your text history. This issue has been a problem for over a year and no updates have came through to fix.

For over a week now the phone app barely works. I'm able to see the call come in but app doesn't allow me to answer the call. No current update available. As of 1/3/23, most calls still don't ring on the app. Any suggestions? Update: so far app was doing great this year. Now, with a new phone, back at the original issues. Hit and miss on the calls that ring via the app.

Works well in our environment. I'd like to request a "Block Call" feature be added. Our handsets allow us to block calls but the app doesn't. When the handset denies the call, our apps still ring. I know this isn't the app's fault, but it would be nice to have the feature within the app as well. 3/5/24- still no ability to block calls.
