I've used the app for about a year and a half. I've had multiple customers and everything involving them has been positive. My major complaint is that the app does not notify me if someone is interested in renting my space. It also doesn't notify me when there is a message from someone. On at least one occasion this has lost me a potential client. I've spoken with customer support operators multiple times to troubleshoot but nothing has worked.

The people who maintain this app couldn't possibly be dumber. Literally nothing works. Tells you to confirm your email. You do, and then it immediately brings up the app that says it's confirmed, while simultaneously sending you another email to confirm your email. You go into settings, it says your email is still not verified. You verify your phone number. It still says it's not verified. you try to send a message to a property owner, it says you can't because you're not verified.

This is a great way to find cheap storage in your area. I've had great experiences with every host ive met on neighbor, but i have some reservations about Neighbors business practices. They are not upfront about contingencies assiciated with first month discounts. most if the time, those are only granted if you stay for at least 3 months. You have to look very closely at the fine print to see this. Secondly, you MUST cancel manually. It is easy to forget and it is very hard to get a refund.
