About this app

Glpfy is a private GLP-1 tracker for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound. Log every dose, rotate your injection sites, watch your weight trend — with no account, no sign-in and no server.

Most GLP-1 apps make you create an account before you can log a single dose. Glpfy does not. Your injections, weight, side effects and notes stay on the phone in your hand, because there is no backend for them to go to.

ESTIMATED MEDICATION LEVEL

A curve of roughly how much is still in your system between doses, calculated from published half-lives. Labelled an estimate, because that is exactly what it is. Free, never behind the paywall.

WEIGHT, FOOD AND SIDE EFFECTS

Weight — a trend line rather than a number that jumps around, with your goal, your pace and your BMI.
Food — calories, macros, glycemic index and glycemic load. Protein and fiber stay in front of you, because they matter most when you are eating far less.
