Ratings and reviews

It's great if you install it and have no issues. However, there's no place to change the language. It will block you from using a function, then give you a pop-up in Vietnamese that you can't understand, so you can't fix anything. If you recruit anyone, it sends them an email in full Vietnamese with a link in it... Nothing looks more scammy. Now it won't let me create a wallet because i get an error that I can't read........

The project is good but, since more than 3 months after I submitted my KYC it has not been approved as I speak. And, people whom I guided on how to do their KYC got verified. Why is my case like that? And, the REFRESH icon is not visible for me to click on to probably appeal my KYC submission. I have sent a mail to the support team ever since but, no reply, and nothing has bee done to assist with my kKYCso I can be verified. I have been on the Rubi project for more than a year. Please 🙏 help.

I'm giving 1 star sue to bugs and slow speed of app and technical errors. I'm trying to login my account for 2 days but failed. all credentials are correct. While in app coins transfer to wallet shows unknown error since the start of June. Fix these bugs I'll give you 5 stars. 🤩
