For Over 2 years, I've been having a problem with the automated alert Text alert system not sending me text or emails.I have complained over 2 years.Other a they blame my provider or b they play blame gmail i know a lot of people do not care to use their notifications alert, text or emails.Cuz if everybody was calling in about this problem their IT department would fix it.I do not know why this system does not send me anything until 2 PM the next day.If my money comes on my account that day

I've been a steady customer for several decades and have had no complaints. Always friendly service. They let me know ahead of time if my money can earn higher interest rates. Easy access to all of my accounts on-line or periodic statements. I have always used their service for my car loans.

They give you one price to pay each month but they don't tell you that they are going to take 50 dollars three times for your paymen and if the tell you one price then that should be the price they take every money in stead of 50 dollars three times a month. I would advice no one to borrow money from this place unless you want to get ripped off and that's what they are doing to people. Thanks for listening
