Update: I un-installed and reinstalled the app, and it's working normal, and best of all, it saved all of my progress!! Seems to be a glitch. Hopefully, I don't have to do that again. Happy playing!! Original: It's been really good up until... I downloaded the latest update, and now it's stuck on loading and doesn't get past 20%. I've tried restarting my phone, clearing my cache, and force stopping the app; to no avail. It was super cool prior to that. I want to be able to play again!! Help!!

All fun and more, but it gets old having to wait for chapters to be released. I am losing interest just waiting. It's like streaming services releasing one episode each week. I have had issues with it stopping loading or just freezing, but I back out and come back, and it works again. Or, I even uninstall the game and then install it back.

No ads, no having to buy gems for choices, or tickets to play episodes is AWESOME! Makes it my #1 for this type of game, but.. it sucks that choices don't really effect the story line at all (if someone wants to replay a story) and character customizing choices are oof.. I'm also having the same issue as everyone else w/ only loading to 20% Which all drops it to like #3. & I agree w/ others that you guys should add more to the Virgin River storyline, the 19 ep. were like 1 season, we need more!
