Ratings and reviews

Unhappy with the hidden costs. I joined this gym hoping for a good experience, but I've been really disappointed by the lack of financial transparency. There are several hidden fees not openly discussed; some might even think of it as a deliberate scam!!! I'm leaving this review so others know to ask specific questions about extra fees before handing over their credit card.

The rating system on the Andriod devices Lag , Once i rate one class, i can not rate the other . I can not delay the rating i have to dismiss it , so i can not come back to it . Lags all the time , when opening filters, it takes time , sometimes it doesn't work. i need to exit the app after every step .

Bad Experience. I can't go to gym due to lack of time. I approached them with my problem, but they said they will continue to bill until the end of contract, irrespective of me being able to use the facility or not. Their acceptable cancellation reasons are designed in a way that will benefit their business and it is not customer convenience centric. They should have had a gym where I moved, but they don't, or I would have been able to utilise the facility.
