I bought a course advertised for $1 through an Instagram ad. I didn't realize it also activated a 3-day trial that automatically became a $39/month subscription. Although the company says this was disclosed, I found the design very misleading and easy to overlook. I requested a refund immediately, but it was refused. In my opinion, truly valuable content should sell on its own, without relying on aggressive marketing tactics that can easily mislead customers.

If you cancel your subscription in the app they will charge you anyways this company is fraudulent. I cancelled my subscription and they billed me anyways then when I went to log in on a computer it gave me network errors when I clicked forget password. do not subscribe to anything they offer. they make it difficult and make cancellation in their app not actually cancel it. thieves.

Hidden subscription trap! Total misleading scam I bought what I thought was a one-time low-cost product, but they secretly enrolled me in an expensive recurring subscription. They hide their terms to trick you into ongoing charges without your clear consent. Remember to cancel this subscription THEY have enrolled you in without delay. Make sure you read every email they send to you. There is no refund as promised. Cancel the unauthorised subscription as soon as possible.
