Problem with app, not the phone. Can't log on due to this message: We have detected an issue with your mobile device preventing you from accessing this app. For your protection, it is recommended that you access your account on another device or reset your device to its original settings. NOW FIXED

I have the hardest time getting to my account. I put in all the info they ask for and they say my account can't be found. What the hell, they don't have a problem taking my money, but I can't sign in and I can't even call them without being signed into my account. I've had to change my password, and every time I use the password again, it isn't recognized and I have to start all over again. I can't get into my account and I can't call anyone at New York Life.

After new update it won't let me log on. I keep getting an alert saying "we have detected an issue with your device preventing you from accessing the app"
