Your Airtime conversion feature is thrash. After collecting a ridiculous fee of 20% from the initial amount I'm converting, it took almost two hours before it reflected on my dashboard. Your contact and support was totally unresponsive... The only reason I gave your app a two star was because I was able to buy airtime with what I converted and it was swift. I don't think I'll ever use this app again.

It was very easy converting airtime to cash but to withdraw the money is very difficult keep reclining my transaction without any inappropriate reason it has been more than 24 hours now and the customer care is just good for nothing just keep repeating same thing we will resolve it. Imagine am in urgent need of this cash as the matter of fact I will not encourage anyone to convert airtime to cash using your app Anyone reading this should avoid it and consider my warning if not you will cry later

this app is a scam cause how can I create and log into my account and convert my airtime to cash easily, 200 was deducted from my 1000 airtime though that's cool, but since morning I was unable to withdraw my cash till now even when they will still charge for fee😡😡😡😡, they kept on telling me invalid API key, what key?😡, I am very angry right now cause I dont know the key they are speaking of, the key that is valid while converting airtime to cash, became invalid for withdrawal 😭😭😭😭😭😭
