This app is a total disappointment. I converted my airtime to cash, but they kept the money in the app instead of sending it to my bank. When I tried to withdraw, they asked for my BVN. I made a small mistake with one number, and that was the end — they refused to fix it or release my money. Their customer service gave excuses about me using my limit. My money is trapped, and they don’t care. Please don’t waste your time or money here.

Very disappointing experience. I forgot my password and tried to reset it, but after completing the reset process, the app kept telling me that my account is locked. I followed all the steps correctly, yet I still can’t log in. This is very frustrating because I can’t access my account or my data. I expected better from this app — at least a simple login issue should be easy to fix. If the team cannot resolve a basic password reset problem, then it’s hard to trust the app.

if you don't want to be calling customer care any time you make a transaction then you'd better run away from this app, the main issue is how there are always problems as soon as your money is transferred to the apps, people are even calling them scammers on their Instagram page, do and refund my money abeg as you guys are not ready for business,, these guys are scammers all their numbers for support is switched off and there's no answer on the app either
