I tried to convert some airtime to cash. The airtime was successfully transferred to you, and I waited for payment. The transaction has been declined without any reason and no refund has been made. Your customer service has been very slow, not useful and very poor so far. I wish I had read the reviews first . I have to make an audio recording with the network's customer care before anything can be done? These are signs of dubious transactions If you can't process on time, simply refund.

The Play Store should consider implementing a mechanism to inform users that this application may be fraudulent. Imagine converting your airtime to money, only to find that you are unable to withdraw from the wallet. When the issue is reported to customer service, they continuously apologize and assure you it will be resolved, yet after four days, the problem persists. It is advisable to refrain from using this application, as Aimtoget appears to be deceptive...
