Ratings and reviews

The app glitches so much that the (see a doctor) button which is crucial for booking appointments and seeing the referrals isn't working 50% of the time. I've almost missed my appointments thanks to this. Even chatting with them through the app proves useless as they just tell you to email tech support. Uninstalling and reinstalling also doesn't fix the problem.

Very bad application till today no one reply to us even the application still when I enter the Emirates ID is saying no link insurance. We are working in the Dubai government. How come there is no link, and till now, no one has bothered to solve this issue Today, 6 may 2024, we re install the app and the same things. There is also no support from your team

The application is not working most of the time. Always, whenever starts opening, it is showing wating for an update. You need to close and open again 100 times, and then I might work. Really disappointed 😞
