I have played since day one, and will likely keep the game on my phone for the rest of it's days. There has always been the expected growing pains for an app and definitely more than a few infernal bellsprouts who just won't stay in the ****** ball, but what a world they've put together for everyone here. I get postcards from places I'll never see, it's created conversation out of thin air, countless times, and its something our whole family spends time bonding over. 5 stars forever.

No transparency, no customer service. Experiencing bugs like freezes, catch failures, and recently an inability to buy the Skinny Jeans item but can't b/c of a bug that turns out was first reported a year ago and still not fixed! I try to report the bug and end up in an infinity loop of the app telling me to go to the website, and the website telling me to go to the app. Lots of money, no accountability. Maybe you'll listen to a fireball 1 star review.

When I click on anything in the app the screen goes completely black. I have done a force stop and also uninstalled/reinstalled the app. I even went as far as to restart our router and my phone. There is a limited time on some of the monthly events (that I actually paid for) and I am unable to do anything in the game. I am really frustrated because other family members in the house are not having any issues and one of them has the same phone as me.
