Ratings and reviews

The recent string of updates have come with a lot of bugs. The latest one in the beginning of May 2024 was mainly to update graphics for battle, map, and character. What it also did was break the settings menu so that anytime I tap on it, it glitches and removes all buttons anywhere else. I can do nothing but stare at the map. Deleting and redownloading has only made it worse. Oh and I can't report the bug because that's also in the settings menu.

Ive loved this game since it came out, me and my other half play it constantly. It's part of our life. But since the new updates and rollouts it is feeling like a good time to quit. This app crashes constantly, I mean constantly. Load in, crash, do a raid , crash, god forbid you finish it and get the pokemon. White screens of death in almost every loading situation. Please help fix your game.

Most recent update makes the game unplayable. The game loads in, and then the touchscreen in-game is entirely unresponsive. I can still minimize the game and my screen works just fine outside the game, so it's just a PoGo issue. Literally unplayable in its current state. Galaxy 21, so a few years old, but shouldn't make the game unplayable. PoGo launched years before this phone was released.
