About this app

Touch Blocker can intercept touches, taps, swipes, gestures, and any other input on your screen, so you can leave your screen on without worrying about accidental input.

Touch Blocker is the only app I know of that correctly and fully intercepts screen input to lock your screen on and avoid swipes, system navigation, and opening the notification shade.

Note that Touch Blocker uses the Accessibility APIs in Android to display a screen overlay. Touch Blocker will ask for this permission in the system settings when you open Touch Blocker. Touch Blocker does not collect or store any data and only uses this permission to display the overlay as necessary to function.

I like that in order to unblock your screen, you have to tap twice. I think that's smart! This app works pretty well in general and, to be honest, the only thing I don't like is that I have to go to settings again if I close the app. Maybe that's just something that happens on my phone though and it isn't an actual problem. I'm very satisfied with Touch Blocker! :)

Works perfectly for what I needed. I wanted to let Apple TV live sports play in my earbuds while my phone was in my pocket, and this worked like a charm. Super simple interface. Premium features aren't required, but I'll likely pay for it to support the creator.

App works as intended and seems nicer than similar apps. Tried to get the tasker events set up to control brightness on lock but I failed. That's probably a me problem though. Would love to see some brightness controls get added for idle game players. It would be nice to dim the screen on lock and restore on unlock similar to Samsung Touch Protection. There really isn't an equivalent for non-samsung users.
