Sucks. I have an expensive paperweight, basically, because the cam shows offline in the app constantly. Can't delete the camera and try again, can't even manage my almost $400 subscription without contacting support. No big deal, if they ACTUALLY ANSWERED. After 6 tries, I got someone who said we needed to trouble shoot and wanted to cal back in 30 minutes. So, I drive back to the camera and waited. No call back. still don't have a working app/ camera. I go RV f/t in 3 days. I feel scammed

Customer service has been outstanding - 5 stars. I hope to see improvements made to the app and will edit review as it evolves. App did not always save data entered on pet profiles. Has lost photo of one pet twice after initial save. When adding additional pets, the prompt skips over species selection so I had to select a dog breed for my cat. Once saved, I was then able to edit the pet to switch it to a cat and cat breed. App needs work but Support is very responsive.

Not what I expected. The app runs off Verizon cell service. If you're in an area that has poor cell service, the app does not work. I can come to terms with that but you can't pause services or billing and since I travel for work, I'm in the same spot for 3 months, without service and constant notifications when the stars align to tell me the "power is off" when it's been stored in a closet. I got over a dozen texts last night telling me power was off. I'd hope so since I unplugged it 5 days ago
