The RV temp monitor I purchased has it's own issues but what I am not loving about the app is that you cannot disable marketing notifications. They trick you by giving a toggle in the app, but no matter which way it's toggled the marketing notifications still keep coming - Every day or every other. Please fix this or I will be deleting and getting rid of the device.

Started getting check your device mssgs at the same time their new device came out. Also not happy to be forced to update the app for it to funtion for something I won't even use on the update. It was a really great app to have before that. Oh, and constant advertisements now, too, that weren't there. It also dropped off the temp timeline, which was a really great feature. It used to be a better app

The device will not stay connected. I'm constantly getting notifications of loss of power and the app shows that the device is off, yet the device is on. I have contacted support many times and all I get is, we've updated it and it should be working now. I'm so disappointed because I paid for a year subscription and even if I cancel early, they will not refund the difference, so I'm stuck with a non-working/half a$$ working device. I've only had the device for about 5 months. DISAPPOINTED!!!!
