App used to be great. Update before last was not user friendly when trying to control the cameras. This last update is absolutely horrible. I have my cameras set to record always, yet I get motion or noise alerts and try to view the alert only to be told no video is available. On top of that, the playback feature is useless now. Refuses to load and/or play recordings. Please go back to 2 updates before this last one!!!

I have the non GPS unit and use it in the back of my SUV for the dog. I've found it is pretty accurate, and the temperature text messages appear to be pretty much instant and can also be easily disabled when not in use. I love that the alert temperatures have an adjustable range. The RV part of the app doesn't really apply to me, so I wish that could be removed on the home screen. Personally I'm very happy with it and it provides peace of mind. Should have gotten this sooner!

I find this to be a priceless tool, but I would like to see it allow for a live update when opening the program. I am a professional handler and often have over 10 digs in my care. Often the last time reported is hours ago, and they make me worry that it may not be giving me the alerts in a timely enough manner. I have had alerts that came three day after I needed the info. This is an issue and I've brought it up to the support people and they asked me everything is working correctly. Apparently not if it isn't giving me alerts when I need them. Fortunately the dogs were not in any danger when this failed me, but what's to stop it from failing me when I really need it? For this reason I don't rely on it exclusively, I always check on the dogs in appropriate intervals for the conditions.
