Crash King - when it works it's a great app but it crashes really bad about 50% of the time you launch it. seems to be pretty common and probably the most common complaint. When it works it's great though. It was very hard to pair and actually if you asked me how I finally got it paired I would not have an answer. phone kept asking for a password but there was none to input

Connected devices are not showing listed status in device bluetooth. It connects, but you will not see your renamed segway in the Bluetooth list. This can be very confusing. Also It doesn't stay connected well for recording trips & distances from a pocket. So it would be nice to work like that as I don't have a phone mount for it yet, they have been sold out. This is a big bummer because I thought I was recording my trips to share and watch them. That also affects the milage recorder as well. 😉

This is the dashboard for your ninebot. Chinese app asks for access to your contacts, says this is the only way it can use the Bluetooth but I don't find any evidence for that on the internet. I used it to set a Password, perhaps if you don't someone else could connect and change to beginner mode while you're riding? Connecting takes a lot of tries, sometimes asks for the password and permissions again, apparently doesn't remember. Not useful while riding, but need it to check the odometer.
