App is easy to use, UI is simple and easy to understand. In terms of pricing, items such as phones, gadgets, appliances and the likes are overpriced compared to their competition and other vendors within the same space. The pricing for items don't just make sense and has an opposite effect on people as they're not attractive, with little market research and comparison, you discover you are paying a 20-40% increase on most items as compared to other vendors and their competition.

So far the best BNPL platform in Nigeria. Items are quality, price are competitive. They deliver your item once you pay the first half of the item (but you must pay as at when due). But there is still room for improvement, Delivery is slow, no tracking number for item shipped, App doesn't update shipment and delivery in realtime. Those are the 3 areas where you guys can improve to make your platform excellent. Overall, I give you guys 5 ⭐ because you deserve it with my experience

so far the app is great but I have an issue when it comes to the color of phones. you guys said we can choose colors once the first installment has been made but at the end of the day when I did and contacted the customer care they said I cannot pick a color which is not nice. I would suggest that once an installment has been made you should inform us of the color available so we can pick.
