App is easy to use, UI is simple and easy to understand. In terms of pricing, items such as phones, gadgets, appliances and the likes are overpriced compared to their competition and other vendors within the same space. The pricing for items don't just make sense and has an opposite effect on people as they're not attractive, with little market research and comparison, you discover you are paying a 20-40% increase on most items as compared to other vendors and their competition.

Without doubt, CDcare website has improved very well. However, there are still lots of improvements to be brought on board. First is the image quality displayed. It makes no sense to display 3 or more supposedly different images of a product and all 3 or more images are the same, showing the same and one angle of the product. The image(s) cannot be zoomed into nor can a 360 degree panoramic image be visualized. While CDcare also need to improve the product descriptions on display.

when a card is debited, let the transaction be seen on the app, and what it was used to pay for. As a business keeping that details away from a customer is suspicious 🙄 Price changes. If the $ rate changes with some few naira products change with some few hundreds of naira, who's making the conversion? Please these problems wouldn't be so difficult to be resolved before the next update. Can't be debited thousands and don't know how it was spent, thank you.
