everything is just bad. the pre made watch faces have different types of font but when you go to make your own watch face you can only use one font and that's it and you can only put the clock on the bottom left or top right even though the pre made watch faces show you can have them in the middle or a clock. the video wall paper barley works. some of my videos work and some won't work. the clock is also military time and you can't change it.

It's impossible to log into the app. I had an account with another email previously and wanted to make a new one with my recent email but for the same watch. For some reason, whenever I try to sign up it keeps saying "abnormal request". I've tried resetting the watch and my phone, and reinstalled the app multiple times but nothing works. It's a shame

So i have reviewed you on my issues, sent direct messages and to date no response. I'm seeing other reviews with the same complaint as myself and as of now we're still with no re solve. Clearly there's a bug somewhere that's causing the watch to connect but not sync. with the app. A lil courtesy won't hurt😡
