• Download a PDF version of your ticket via the "My tickets" tab if needed.
• Exchange your train tickets at our Contact Centre using the "click-to-call" function in the “My tickets” tab (open 7 days a week).

Ratings and reviews

When booking a ticket for the European Sleeper, it doesn't show the option for the women only couchette. Also, it's selling tickets that are already sold out on the European Sleeper website. Finally, real time notifications disappear in the app.

Everytime you search for trains you have to fill your details as discount codes again manually, then you do it again manually before payment, very dumb app, simply making troubles, don't expected more from pure belgian app.

The lisibility (font thickness, color contrast) and the redundancy of options (lots of confusing menu options)is so bad that makes it almost useless. Lazy planning and execution...
