Ratings and reviews

Used the app on a recent trip to the UK (I'm from the US). I was able to easily take trains around the UK including stops in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Leeds, and London. Easy to book tickets and select seats. Had some small troubles finding tickets after buying them but quickly got used to where things could be found. Will definitely use on my next trip.

I do love the app but I couldn't access my tickets due to the app needing to be updated. I understood but I had been checking the app all day and it hadn't said anything. This made it difficult and stressful when I was heading for the ticket barriers.

Generally good but function to upload tickets bought elsewhere either from Google Wallet or a download of the ticket is very unreliable.
