It is good for appointments, it does not show your documents reports. It has been weeks since my first x-ray. It is still not showing the report. Needless to say 2 days back x-ray report. What is the purpose of documents tabs, if none of your test result display. Today, a week after blood tests, I hear that I am prediabetic. Something that should be import to inform your patient? At least according to me.

This is a terrible app. I booked a consultation at NMC DIP for 11:50am. They changed it to 1:30pm, then to 4pm. Later, the nursing station said I didn't have an appointment. They just kept me waiting. There's no point booking through this app. Very bad experience.

Don't use it for appointments because after updating all the details online or offline it's not there in the system. If patient profile is not saving anymore then why we need to fill every time while booking? Also even after doing all these from the reception they will create new patient which is duplicate and that also no data. Who is the master mind of this useless app?
