One of the worst and usless applications. I tried to schedule a consultation for more than 1 hour. The application is not very user-friendly. For any appointments or updates, we have to call the support team, and there is no timely response. It would be much better if the app were updated to allow users to directly access without needing to contact support. fed-up.

am really very happy with the online appointment booking system at NMC Medical Center Al Nahda. It was very quick, easy, and useful. I could book my appointment without any difficulty, and it saved me a lot of time. I truly appreciate this option provided by NMC. Thank you for making the process so simple and convenient.

The application isn't accurately reflecting appointments. I booked an appointment, but when I arrived at the clinic, they informed me that it wasn't booked. Even when they make the booking, it doesn’t show up in my appointment list. The same issue occurs with cancellations—they don’t appear in the cancelled list either. Additionally, the app is slow to respond and frequently hangs. Its performance is below expectations.
