Ratings and reviews

The application isn't accurately reflecting appointments. I booked an appointment, but when I arrived at the clinic, they informed me that it wasn't booked. Even when they make the booking, it doesn’t show up in my appointment list. The same issue occurs with cancellations—they don’t appear in the cancelled list either. Additionally, the app is slow to respond and frequently hangs. Its performance is below expectations.

why this app needs location permissions, they are making it mandatory to give location permissions. present clear message to user and give option to opt out. blocking entire app function makes your entire app useless

Why do you need location access after the update?? Even it will not allow to continue if no permission granted. I will use the website instead of this.
