It is good for appointments, it does not show your documents reports. It has been weeks since my first x-ray. It is still not showing the report. Needless to say 2 days back x-ray report. What is the purpose of documents tabs, if none of your test result display. Today, a week after blood tests, I hear that I am prediabetic. Something that should be import to inform your patient? At least according to me.

This is a terrible app. I booked a consultation at NMC DIP for 11:50am. They changed it to 1:30pm, then to 4pm. Later, the nursing station said I didn't have an appointment. They just kept me waiting. There's no point booking through this app. Very bad experience.

Reports are not showing in the app and I call customer service and when the y redirect me to reports department no one answers. It's a joke that a hospital in 2026 and specially in UAE that doesn't deliver reports by email, SMS with a link or on their own app. All other hospitals provide this simple service. I advice you not to go to this hospital, unless you want to waste your timing calling for severals hours just to get your lab reports
