I'm stuck in an endless loop of launching webpages to and from the old app and the new one. it keeps telling me I haven't upgraded. which I did. but I upgraded on the wrong email. still the app bene installed... not sure why it would matter. can we uninstall the old version once the new one is setup?? your support email didn't work

Average online storage app, no folder sync options, extremely slow, syncing folder not possible and many more such features. On one hand there are opensource projects like Nextcloud which can do a much better job, I am thinking why can't a company like Nord think or learn or implement at least those basic features which are required by any cloud storage app. Regretting paying for this service.

problems logging in. this is how I fixed it. my default browser is edge so when logging in after you have entered your email and Nord account password it states you are logged in then nothing happens. To fix this copy web address paste into chrome, it then let you continue onto entering your nordlocker password. all done hope this helps. You could set chrome as default.
