I've been using this app for over two years now and the experience is inconsistent. I select specific servers I want to connect to and for some reason it takes a connection from another country causing me issues for what I need to do. When using it on my TV it keeps disconnecting all the time, it seems like the app for the TV is not updated. If you can fix that I can give you a higher rating.

The app advertised a free 7 day trial upon redownload. I went to sign up for the free trial. During sign up, the app requested my credit card. I didn't think twice about it because there was a typical disclosure of "you will be automatically charged $99 for the annual subscription at the end of the trial". I put my information in and I was immediately charged. There's no built in function in the app to request a refund, you have to go through the site. 5-10 days for a refund. Broken/slimy model.

The worst VPN you could ever purchase... I just started using this subscription-based VPN and I'm regretting downloading it. Yesterday, it took me 30 minutes to establish a connection. It was stuck on "connecting" the entire time. Today, I've been waiting for almost 20 minutes to connect. I've tried everything, including changing VPN protocols, but the problem continues to persist.
