Very bad experience. Totally waste of time. First of all the sales representative on the phone call recorded my wrong information and generated a link to purchase the item, secondly once i purchased the item they were unable to update my personal information and that's why i am unable to track my item myself. It was mentioned item will be delivered within one day and i am still waiting (third day). Really disappointed.

Terrible customer care service. I've bought several phones and gadgets from them before and usually their stuff is good, but if for any reason your product has an issue, the customer care staff are slow, unhelpful, unresponsive and has nothing to give you other than false promises.

I really hate service from them..they are lying regarding order..I have order 2 pcs phones and since 4 days I calling them they keep say it will dileverd today but today I have to go my self in taxi to pick my order from team Xpress warehouse.i spent 90 AED taxi fare also spoil my time ..I will never order again from them.. very poor service.
