Ratings and reviews

For someone not into crypto...it was more confusing than coinbase. The support is total garbage. If you buy any coin with a card, it's "fiat" so goes through a third party with 0 support and now wallets support will tell you since it's a 3rd party, they have nothing to do with it. They won't even help you understand relevant terminology like what a "hash" is if the screenshot comes from someone else's website (like blockchain). I'd say avoid.

I would STAY AWAY from this app. Customer service is just a bot, and they have OBSCENELY high rates on the exchanges and purchases- making it a double smack in the face. I hope you all take this information in before trying
