I had a small issue with a pending balance, and the NT.Wallet support team handled it professionally. My complaint was registered quickly, and the remaining amount was credited to my wallet within the promised time. The process was smooth, and customer service was responsive and helpful. Overall, a reliable and convenient payment solution in the UAE.

In the machine, it will show successful transactions even not give a change. And I don't think that the machine did not read the amount of dirhams that it's accepting. You should put an additional option if not giving a change, not only transfer in NT wallet, because not all people having that apps. Once you get all the money in the machine, there will be an excess, and for sure, I am not the only person who experiences this. Looks like yiut stealing money from your customers.

Your customer support system needs serious improvement. There’s no proper live chat support the bot replies after a very long delay, sometimes even 15 to 24 hours later. The so-called “online representative call option” is always busy, goes straight to voicemail, and even charges extra for the call. This experience is frustrating and unacceptable for users. Please take this feedback seriously and work on improving your response time and customer service quality very sad and disappointed.
