It’s definitely rare to see such proactive service for minor errors! "I have been very impressed by this app/software recently. I had a very small amount that I used for a mobile recharge, but due to my own mistake, the balance was transferred to the wrong place. I contacted their help center in the evening—even though the amount was only 5 Dirhams—and they actually failed the transaction and sent the 5 Dirhams back to my wallet account. In the machine, it will show successful transactions even not give a change. And I don't think that the machine did not read the amount of dirhams that it's accepting. You should put an additional option if not giving a change, not only transfer in NT wallet, because not all people having that apps. Once you get all the money in the machine, there will be an excess, and for sure, I am not the only person who experiences this. Looks like yiut stealing money from your customers.
