In the machine, it will show successful transactions even not give a change. And I don't think that the machine did not read the amount of dirhams that it's accepting. You should put an additional option if not giving a change, not only transfer in NT wallet, because not all people having that apps. Once you get all the money in the machine, there will be an excess, and for sure, I am not the only person who experiences this. Looks like yiut stealing money from your customers.

31/3/24 Hello i made international top up to Saudi Arabia but had not been received worth 85 Dirlam and i checked the receiver number again it's correct and the money was taken without payment such a bad experience please help me out i need the transaction successful as mentioned on my receipt or return my money back this is the 2nd time that happened with me. 6 people found this helpful

This is the best app for payment i love it but the only problem is that its not working on mobile data most of the time and secondly as we are in emergency and we open the app it shows update popup without skip option and can't move forward without updating as mobile data is less and slower. Keep it up.
