I was very happy because i can use for many type payments butt since some day i faced up a error "" payments are barred " when i contact to the nt wallet customer care they said they need my photo and my id card front / back photo i given them that all butt nt wallet not responding and not updating my account its irritate me much

This apps is not working i try to transfer amount to re charge my virgin number but i face difficulties. And also customers service very poor..they just ignore my messages in WhatsApp.

Worse customer service, deposit money in thier machine and did not receive, when I contacted them, late answer then lack of information and service, all they'd have to say is hopefully soon. 👎👎👎
