I have my mobile phone before the implementation of the new tax law, yet they locked my phone and I can't resolve this issue for 3 weeks now the app is useless and the call center are totally unprofessional the app cause glitches in the software

trying to register.y phone for 2 month now app not working at all doesn't scan my passport at all. call center didn't help at all

can't believe it. what a disgraceful app... absolute trash UI UX can't even manage orders so I can actually pay the ridiculous tax.. whoever developed this app should never build a mobile app again.
