I used to keep my business info with the old app.They just discarded it without giving me an opportunity to back up.Getting hold of them is hard.In the Whatsapp messages they give an Airtel number that is not there any more.What a disappointment.

very disappointed with this Numida app,i applied for a loan on Monday, took all the photos, national ID and every data that was required and the application was successfully submitted and said they would work on me within 1to 2days and now you people want me to apply afresh??,what's this all about?after taking my data, really?.can't even rate you a negative 0 star. Am very sorry to say that am disappointed with Numida.

I've tried applying for a loan its almost two weeks but when I take business photos they say retake wasting all my time when I call customer care they pick and they keep silent. if I call 0200...they don't pick i need help also when I give next of kins they say change next of kin the whole day on one thing
